First grade classroom learning came to life at Tanners Orchard in Speer, Illinois!
After studying apples and pumpkins, our students explored a real orchard! We enjoyed a tractor-drawn wagon ride, learned how apples grow, and toured the apple sorting and packing areas, cider! Students also visited the animal petting area and had fun on the playground.
What a wonderful day of hands-on learning, exploring, and making memories with classmates.
