A public hearing on the Petition to Opt Out of the Summer Meal Mandate in accordance with Public Act 096-0734 filed on January 9, 2026 by Dr. Andrew Brooks, Superintendent of Wethersfield CUSD #230, Henry County, Illinois is scheduled to convene at 8:00 AM on Thursday, January 29, 2026 at the office of the Regional Superintendent, 107 S. State Street, Atkinson, IL. The Regional Superintendent shall, at that time, hear testimony on the Petition from the school district and interested community members.
